Runs small in the arms/shoulder

The jacket color and fabric are great. It has a subtle sheen to it, like brushed silk or satin. The fabrics is also soft and quiet, and doesn’t sound like you’re wearing a trash bag, like some lightweight jackets do. My complaint is that it’s really tight right where the arm meets the shoulder. It’s like it’s a size smaller in that one area, and the rest of the jacket is really big. I have muscular shoulders, so I thought it was just me, but I’ve had my mom and two friends try it on and they have the same complaint. I don’t think it’s worth sending back after paying shipping, which is unfortunate, because I can’t wear it
