Bee Salty will accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in the condition in which you received them, unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached or it may be subject to denial.
We offer returns for store credit only. Store credits never expire and are issued once the return in processed in the form of an online gift card. Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size upon availability.
Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Please contact us within 3 days from delivery for any defects and or issues.

The cost of return shipping is $6.00 for any number of returnable items. The return cost will be deducted from your store credit. All returns must include the return packing slip generated for your package. Do not include additional items not listed on the packing slip.

An emailed E-Gift card will be instantly delivered after your return has been processed. Store credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at the time of purchase. This also includes the return shipping label cost.
WHAT IF MY ITEMS ARE DEFECTED?
We want you to be 100% happy and we stand behind our product! If an item is defected, please contact our customer care team within 72hours of receiving the items.
